group photo for LSP's future with Lady Liberty in the background. Please
come out to make a solidarity statement to Governor Christie - by marking
Presidents Day by putting democracy into action to protest Governor
Christie's proposals to commercialize and privatize LSP. All ages are
welcomed on this national holiday to stand up for LSP, our national treasure
open space park behind our nation's greatest symbol of democracy and
freedom.

Please feel free to bring your homemade signs of any size, with messages
such as Free and Green, No LSP Commercialization, No LSP Privatization, LSP
- For all the People or whatever you want to write or illustrate on your
signs - and we'll also have signs for people to use.
GROUP PHOTO Logistics - Please try to arrive by 12:50 (park in
lot at SE corner of park - GPS is 200 Morris Pesin Drive).Please walk around
the Visitors Center/park administration building or through its "breezeway
(where the bathrooms also are) to find us in the lawn in the area just past
the Flag Plaza (which usually has one flag up in wintertime). We'll start
organizing the arrangement of supporters (with children in the front or
sides) and hopefully, the photo will be taken by 1:15. Hopefully a couple of
media photographers will be present, and after the GROUP PHOTO, we welcome
everyone to take your own photos to spread the message on social media. The

We will have cookies and warm drinks available afterward. Children’s
playground is nearby at the picnic area.
