- State House Commission 1/15 Public Hearing Transcript and Appendix with spoken opposition and Chat Entries and also emails urging SHC to take LSP off the agenda and a few FOLSP emails to DEP and SHC

The Hearing comments were unanimously against the marina lease - from those who logged into the meeting (many couldn't get in) or who called in (some didn't get called to speak) and emails before and right after Thanksgiving, and emails from Friends of LSP.

Agenda

Hearing 98 pages. It includes "Table of Contents"  listing names of all who gave comments verbally or in the Chat or sent emails but this pdf only includes the testimony of those who spoke. The Table of Contents page numbers for those who used the Chat or sent emails are found in the Appendix. 

Appendix 422 pages. Starts with 7 pages of the Full List of names and the times people joined Microsoft Teams or called in and the duration of their attendance. It seems that the list calls those who joined by Microsoft Teams a "presenter" and those who called in by telephone an "attendee".  The CHAT starts on page 8 with handwritten page numbers. Pages 8 to 417 are LSP marina lease opposition comments except pages 97-230 on a Pinelands issue and 418 to 422 on another issue. There are the Chat entries, emails right before and right after Thanksgiving against the LSP marina lease being put on the Agenda, and Friends of LSP's emails to SHC or DEP which copied SHC.
