ball! NJ DEP says it will devote 61 acres of Liberty State Park to active
recreation
The article has the major mistake that Paul Fireman "aborted" his
privatization assault on LSP which he announced after
his lobbyists' LSP privatization sneak attack failed in July 2020 in
a legislative budget bill. Fireman's phony front group, whose CEO Stovell
admitted being funded by Fireman, has continually viciously and untruthfully
attacked the Protection Act and the Friends of LSP in news stories, press
releases, and months of google ads, plus his well-connected lobbyist has
continued to give its disinformation to legislators.

The detailed engineering process started in Governor Murphy's adminstration and the public's further input happened in October 2020.
